What Is Smooth + Sculpt?

Smooth + Sculpt is our combined body program at DK Aesthetics: Emsculpt Neo for one selected area, and cellulite treatment for one defined area, planned and booked as a single plan rather than two. The two work on different layers. Emsculpt Neo uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM+) energy with synchronized radiofrequency to contract the muscle beneath and reduce subcutaneous fat. Cellulite treatment uses radiofrequency and ultrasound energy to heat the dermis at controlled depth, designed to firm the look of the skin above and improve the appearance of dimpling. Firmer muscle changes the shape underneath; smoother-looking skin changes what shows on the surface — which is why many clients want both. The plan runs as six sessions of each treatment, and results build over the weeks after the final session. Individual results vary.

Emsculpt Neo sessions run about 30 minutes and sit 5–10 days apart; cellulite sessions run about 60 minutes on a weekly rhythm. The Maintain plan adds two later maintenance sessions of each treatment, arranged when you are ready for them.

One selected Emsculpt Neo area — most often the abdomen, buttocks, thighs or arms — and one defined cellulite area, typically the thighs, buttocks or arms. They do not have to be the same area, though many clients pair them on the same part of the body. We confirm both areas at your first visit, and they are set for the plan.
Both treatments are non-surgical with little to no downtime. Emsculpt Neo feels like an intense but hands-free workout for the treated muscle; the cellulite session feels warm and massage-like. You may notice temporary redness or warmth in the treated area, and muscles can feel worked the next day. Most clients go straight back to their routine.
It suits people at or near a stable weight who want both firmer muscle tone and smoother-looking skin in the same region. Neither treatment is a weight-loss method. Emsculpt Neo is not suitable with metal or electronic implants in or near the treatment area, and neither treatment is performed during pregnancy — tell us your full medical history at your consultation, and we will confirm whether the plan is right for you.
The treatments themselves are the same. What changes is that the sessions are planned as one program with one price, one calendar and one conversation about both areas. Booked singly, six Emsculpt Neo sessions and six cellulite sessions come to more; as Smooth + Sculpt they are $4,900. Yes. If you are new to DK Aesthetics, the DK First Visit Credit is $50 toward your first treatment visit, and a Smooth + Sculpt plan is well above the $290 minimum. It is one per person, applies to your first treatment visit, and the booking has to be made within 30 days of reserving it. You can reserve yours on the First Visit Credit page before you book.
