• Automatic data — device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and referring source, collected through cookies and analytics (see Section 5).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide our services.
• To send appointment reminders.
• If you request your plan through our Instant Consultation or claim a First Visit Credit, to email you invitations, news, and offers until you unsubscribe, as described in our Email & Text Terms.
• If you are a client of our clinic, or give us your email address at our front desk, by phone, or when you book with us, to email you news and offers until you unsubscribe, as described in our Email & Text Terms.
• If you join our membership early list, to email you about our memberships when they open. That list is used for nothing else, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
• To improve our website, services, and customer experience.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Health & Treatment Information

Some of the services we provide are medical or aesthetic in nature, and information you share may relate to your health. We treat such information as confidential, use it only to provide care and operate our practice, and do not disclose it except as needed to deliver services or as required by law.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to perform their function:

• Square — appointment booking and payments.
• Calendly — scheduling of virtual consultations.
• Google Analytics — website usage measurement.
• Google Ads — if you reach our site from one of our Google ads, measuring whether that visit led to a call or an inquiry (see Section 5).
• Cloudflare — website hosting, spam protection, and the database that stores what you submit through our forms.
• Resend — delivery of the emails we send you.
• Google Sheets — a working copy of your name and email address, kept in a private spreadsheet only we can open.
• Email & messaging providers — to deliver our responses and notifications.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to function and to understand how visitors use it, including Google Analytics 4. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

If you arrive from one of our Google ads, our site also loads Google’s advertising tag, for that visit and for up to 30 days afterward. It stores the ad click in a cookie and tells Google which of our pages you viewed and, if you send us an inquiry, that an inquiry was sent. It does not send your name, your contact details, or anything you enter in our forms, and we do not use it for remarketing or other personalized advertising. During such a visit, our phone number may appear as a Google forwarding number that connects you directly to our front desk; Google then processes the time and length of the call and the calling number so that we can see which calls came from our ads. If you then book online, we may link that booking to the ad visit in our own records. Visitors who do not arrive from an ad are not measured by Google Ads.

6. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you text us or provide your phone number in one of our forms, we may text or call you about your inquiry, your appointments, and your treatment plan. If you enter your mobile number in one of our forms, you also agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from us, as described in our Email & Text Terms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to messaging is never a condition of purchase.

We do not share your mobile number or your consent to text messages with third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
